FAQ

Toad Hollow stands behind its merchandise, and will accept the return of any merchandise within 30 days of purchase. 
All returns should be sent insured (and save that receipt) to 1590 E. Lancaster Ave. Paoli, Pa  19301. Include a note explaining your reason for returning the item.

Our manufacturers will only accept defective suits that are not well worn. They believe user care and water chemical levels are not their responsibility.

Please do not ask us to accept merchandise after the thirty-day limit. Allow 2-3 weeks for processing returns or exchanges. Please allow 2 billing cycles for return credit to appear on your credit card statement. Any credit issued will be processed in the same manner in which the purchase was made. Shipping rates are for packaging, insurance and delivery. These charges are non-refundable.

Merchandise purchased at swim meets must be returned/exchanged at a meet or your order may be subject to standard shipping/handling charges.


How can I check my order or confirm that it went through?

       You should receive a confirmation email within a minute of placing your order. If you do not, email  orders@toadhollowathletics.com.

 


What if I want a different size?

        Just return the item with a note explaining your need, and we will make an exchange. (Insure your package.) Contact us at 1-800-322-TOAD (8623) or ribbit@toadhollowathletics.com.    


 

What if the item arrives damaged?

        If you g the order damaged from shipping, please contact the shipping company as all of our shipments are insured. Contact us at 1-800-322-TOAD (8623) or ribbit@toadhollowathletics.com.

How will the charge appear on my credit card?

       Your order will appear as Toad Hollow Athletics on your credit card statement. However, the funds are reserved by your bank, and you will not be charged until the order is shipped.

       Hollow Athletics reserves the right to refuse/return any and all items which have not been properly cared for. These items may be returned to the customer at his/her expense. How is tax applied?

        The amount of tax charged is based on the shipping address. Basically, there is no tax unless the shipment is going to a Pa or NC address.

 


What is a "Grab Bag"?

          A “grab bag” suit may be a style or color that has been discontinued by the manufacturer. Sometimes it is a current suit that is overstocked. Either way, it is new and free of defects. A Toad Hollow Grab Bag may contain several suits. The Toad Hollow staff will try to vary the      

          manufacturer and color unless noted otherwise in your order.
